Winrock provides and requires training on the proper processing and protection of personal data as part of the onboarding and compliance training provided to all Winrock personnel. In conjunction with the IT Department, the Compliance Office monitors compliance with this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy and regularly updates this policy, as needed.  The Winrock Servicedesk,,  responds to questions or complaints regarding Winrock’s handling of personal data.  

Nothing in this policy prevents staff from discussing publicly available information with coworkers or others or prevents an employee from discussing his or her wages or other terms and conditions of employment with coworkers or others, unless such discussion would be for the purpose of engaging in unfair competition or other unlawful conduct.
