You are responsible for becoming familiar with the Code of Conduct,
particularly those policies that apply to your job or your work with
Winrock. You will be doing your part
when you:
- Stay
informed by learning the Code of Conduct, acknowledging expectations, and
participating in briefings and available ethics and compliance training.
- Seek
guidance and ask questions or consult with others when the right course of
action is unclear.
- Stand firm by resisting
pressure to compromise our standards or policies of the Code or cut ethical
corners to meet an objective or complete an activity.
- Raise
concerns if something does not seem right.
