As a Winrock Ambassador, you have been selected to promote the
Code of Conduct and help your colleagues learn and understand expectations of
each person at your location or nearby work sites. It is a position of trust.
You should always:
- Lead by
example and be a positive role model to others.
- Promote
awareness of Winrockâs Code of Conduct and make sure that new hires and
colleagues are equipped with the knowledge they need to comply with the Code.
- Train
colleagues in compliance and ethics and deliver briefings.
- Be
responsive by answering questions or escalating an ethics or compliance
concern.
